They say March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, just like this Bloody Bangkok margarita with VA wildflower honey and locally-grown lemongrass. It packs a spicy, flavorful punch with plenty of sweetness.
Ingredients:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Sea salt with ground ginger - Juice of 1 lime - Juice of 1/2 large lemon - 1oz honey simple syrup
- 2oz blanco/silver tequila⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 4oz Bloody Bangkok
Method:
Rub the rim of the glass with fresh lime juice, then coat the rim with the seasoned salt. Combine the remaining lemon and lime juice, honey simple syrup, tequila, and Bloody Mary mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour contents into the glass. Garnish with lemongrass and fresh cilantro.
