Zero Proof Seedlip Mary

It’s the end of January, and while we’re not NOT drinking here at Back Pocket, we’re really excited about how this zero-proof Bloody showcases our favorite thing about January: fresh citrus. We’re mixing these up by the pitcher using Certified Organic Hamlin oranges from South Texas Organics and a complex distilled non-alcoholic spirit from Seedlip. 0% alcohol, 100% delicious.

Ingredients:

- 2oz Seedlip Grove 42 - 4oz Bloody Baja - 1oz fresh orange juice - Mother Shrub Lime, to taste - Del Sauce’s Scott’s Citrus Mistress, to taste - Fresh orange, for garnish ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Method:

Combine Seedlip, Baja, and fresh orange juice in a mixing glass over ice. Stir until chilled. Try a taste and adjust as needed: for extra zip, season with a splash of Mother Shrub; for extra sweetness, add some more orange juice; for extra spice, add some Del Sauce. Strain into a glass and garnish with an orange slice. ⠀
